HEAT SETTER F.4-C80

What looks like the usual ironing heat setter, contains an added value the same that has allowed the speed of the air to be increased, contributing to a better final result of the shoe treatment. This technology is applied on both models produced, that are with 2 or 4 channels, ironing and stabilizing the shoe adapting it perfectly to the shape thanks to the jets of hot air mixed with steam. Once the treatment has been carried out on the shoe, the air mixed with the steam is recovered and put back into circulation in order to reduce consumption.

The amount of steam as well as the temperature of the air that are thus introduced into the treatment chamber, are individually adjustable. A very important note is the material used: stainless steel for both the ironing chamber and the conveyor belt.

With the same characteristics of the 2 channels but with different dimensions, this is because it is suitable for a production of up to 1600 pairs in 8 working hours.
